Towni turns your town's website, calendar, and updates into a friendly assistant that answers residents 24/7, grounded only in your official information.
No new software for your team to learn, and no IT department required.
Point Towni at your town website — and any other source you want it to know.
It reads everything and builds an assistant that speaks only from your official information.
They get clear, sourced answers in seconds — instead of calling Town Hall or hunting through pages.
Whatever your residents need, Towni can pull it in — and only ever answers from sources you approve.
Towni handles the routine "how do I…" questions so your staff can focus on real work.
Answers at midnight, on a weekend, on a phone — whenever your residents actually need them.
You choose the sources. Towni never makes things up or speaks for the town from outside them.
We set it up, keep it current, and you add it to your site with a single link.
Towni only answers from your town's official sources, shows where every answer came from, and says "contact Town Hall" when it doesn't know — so your residents always get the real thing.
I grew up in Old Saybrook, a town of about 10,000 people on the Connecticut shoreline.
I spent the last few years at tech companies in New York City, but I've always wanted to build for smaller communities like the one I grew up in. Towni is my first project, where I'm trying to build cool things for small towns and communities. It starts with a chatbot, and there's more coming soon.
Happy to talk tech or community building anytime. Hit Contact us and shoot me a quick email.
